Ingredients
2 bowl of besan 2 chillies small piece of ginger coriander or methi leaves(which u like or use both) pinch of asafatodia(hing) pinch of haldi powder salt as per taste oil water
Cooking Instructions
-Cut leaves of methi or coriander. -Make paste of chillies and ginger. -Add water in besan make loose form. -Add salt and all ingredients mix well -But it should not be thick. -Take tava and apply oil take big spoon of form and make as you make dosha and pudla.
