Papaya and Dates Milkshake : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
Ripe Papaya fruit - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Dates - 3
Water - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ice Cubes (optional)

Cooking Instructions
* Soak Dates in half cup of warm water for 15 mins
* Cut the papaya into cubes
* Blend Papaya with half cup of water
* Add dates that is soaked into the above and blend again by adding 1 cup of milk,ice cubes and sugar
* Add remaining milk and blend again.

Tips:
1) Honey can be added to add some flavor
2) 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream can be added as a topping in the glass.
